How do the Softec Tables deliver?
Tables ship fully assembled and crated. The crate exterior is Tri-wall and the crate base is wood pallet. Once you remove the Tri-wall exterior shell, the table legs are secured to the pallet with brackets. You will need a screwdriver or power drill to remove the brackets. Table then can be taken off the wood pallet and wheeled into your office.
What color and material options are available?
The standard material on our tables is the Naugahyde Vinyl. We have 13 standard colors, and many additional colors that can be ordered for a small up-charge. We also offer the upgraded Ultraleather material. There are approximately 70 colors to choose from. Please refer to the Resources tab for more information or contact us for color samples.
What are lead times, how soon can I get my table?
Estimated lead times are 4 weeks or less. However, if you have a special situation, please let us know and we will do our best to get your table to you within that deadline.
Do you offer “rush service”?

What are the payment options?
We do have a variety of payment options available:

Check: Payment prior to shipping.

Credit Card: Payment prior to shipping.

Lease Purchase: You work with the finance company of your choice on terms and rates. We require a purchase order from that financier prior to shipping.

Contract Payments: This is a contract payment plan directly between Softec and the doctor. Upon credit approval, you pay 40% of the purchase price by check or credit card. Then we will finance the balance over 4 months – 4 equal payments, interest free (if paid on schedule).
